The values of the GuoShi Group are deeply rooted in the humanistic spirit of China. It upholds the tradition of being grateful to the motherland, giving back to society, and benefiting the hometown, and spares no effort to promote these values. This is particularly evident in the charitable deeds of Chairman Guo Jiadi.

Mr. Guo Jiadi has a fiery Chinese heart. As a patriotic overseas Chinese leader, his sincere feelings were evident in his efforts to welcome the return of Hong Kong in 1997 and Macao in 1999. He even hired a special plane to congratulate them from the air in Hungary.

Mr. Guo Jiadi has a deep passion for education. Since 1999, he has continuously supported over 60 students under the Hope Project and donated funds to help impoverished students attend college. He has donated to build seven Hope Primary Schools in impoverished areas, constructed the Putian City Sports Center in his hometown, and supported Xinghua University, among other initiatives, all aimed at vigorously supporting the educational cause in his hometown.

In 2010, the GuoShi Group invested a huge sum of 30 million yuan to voluntarily build Sandi Primary School. After the school was completed and handed over to the Jintai District Government, in order to improve the quality of education and educational standards, they continued to sponsor Sandi Primary School with 30,000 yuan annually, which was used to reward outstanding teachers and excellent students.

On September 1, 2017, the Baoji Sandi Middle School project was grandly topped out. Sandi Middle School is a public key school in Baoji City, which has been ranked first in Jintai District for 16 consecutive years in terms of middle school entrance examination teaching quality. It is a public key school newly established by the Guoshi Group after the overall relocation of Lie Dian Middle School. The project is planned to cover an area of about 70 acres, with a total planned investment of about 80 million yuan. It will build new teaching buildings, gymnasiums, restaurants, and other individual projects, and set up functional departments, outdoor activity venues (including a circular track of about 400 meters), and other functional places, with a total construction area of about 23,000 square meters. The school can accommodate up to 60 classes and 29 functional departments, meeting the needs of about 3,000 students. After completion, Sandi Middle School will further optimize the educational layout of Jintai District, alleviate the pressure of junior high school enrollment in the administrative center area, and have a positive and far-reaching impact on promoting regional education and cultural industry development. While actively supporting education, the Guoshi Group has vigorously carried out poverty alleviation work through "enterprise-village pairing". Since 2012, it has donated more than 500,000 yuan to impoverished villages for six consecutive years.

Mr. Guo Jiadi, with great compassion, fully supports public welfare undertakings. He donated 400,000 yuan to the Jintai District Charity Association, Baoji Disabled Persons' Welfare Foundation, and the Wenchuan Earthquake Relief Fund; 3 million yuan to the flood control and ecological improvement project of the Daijiawan section of the Weihe River; and more than 2 million yuan for flood relief and disaster relief, and 1 million yuan for the Putian fire disaster relief. He also donated shoes and other corresponding materials worth 4.39 million yuan, which were distributed to impoverished areas and given to those most in need.

Due to his "boundless love," Mr. Guo Jiadi was awarded gold medals by the People's Government of Fujian Province, including "Top Ten Red Cross Charity Figures in Fujian Province," "Outstanding Contribution Award for Fujian Merchants' Construction of the West Coast," "Fujian Red Cross Humanitarian Relief," and "Outstanding Contribution Award for Fujian Overseas Chinese Charity Undertakings.".
